Experiences

We believe all life has an inherent right to flourish and thrive. Our experiences open the door to our heart consciousness and connection to all life, fostering the collective healing needed by all.

Forest Therapy For All

We believe that the tools to access the incredible gifts and wisdom of the natural world should be available to all.

We offer micro-experiences for younger participants as well as full length Forest Therapy Walks. We aim to make the micro-experiences free of charge and currently offer our full length walks on a donation based system. All are welcome, no-one will ever be turned away.

Forest therapy, or Shinrin-yoku, offers significant, evidence-based physical and psychological health benefits, including reduced stress, lower blood pressure, improved immune function, and better mood and sleep quality. These effects are often attributed to the natural compounds (phytoncides) emitted by trees, along with the calming atmosphere.

We have evolved alongside our more-than-human friends and Forest Therapy creates a path of renewed reverence, reciprocity and deep connection.

Wild Hope Journeys

Our Wild Hope Journeys are experiences that hold the inner and outer work in one incredible adventure. Together we explore what it looks and feels like to reconnect with the wisdom of nature for each of us individually. We explore communities and regions of the world, guided by those who have never lost their connection to the healing power of the more-than-human world.

This is a time of activation, and we need to make sure we move into action in a way that honors the gifts that we are here to share. Activation that best aligns with our own health and well-being alongside the health and well-being of all life.

Though we will travel together, what we learn and receive from these experiences will be individual and unique because the wisdom of the natural world meets us where we are and cracks us wide open.

This is a time of great transformation and Wild Hope Journeys exist to create a path of healthy, reciprocal transformation for you and those who will benefit from your incredible, unique gifts. Come journey into the heart of the wisdom needed to create powerful change.

RYSA

The RYSA Method combines the incredible work and gifts of Reiki, Yin Yoga, and Somatic Awareness. These in-person individual and group offerings blend the benefits of these three modalities to offer release and freedom for participants.

Reiki has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, ease pain and improve your quality of life.

Yin Yoga has been proven to reduce symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances while improving emotional balance and increase flexibility and circulation.

Somatic Awareness brings awareness to the body, mind connection.

When we bring these three practices together, we create a powerful opportunity for inspired awareness and release that open open channels of flow and surrender allowing us to step into our gifts and purpose in a new and inspired way.

These in-person sessions can be booked individually and you can sign up for the newsletter to get notifications of group offerings as well.

Each session is individually customized. Allow 1.5 to 2 hours for a session.

Forest Therapy Walks

Remembering and reconnecting to the healing power of nature.

The Association of Nature and Forest Therapy was founded in 2012 by M. Amos Clifford and is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-Yoku, literally translating to Forest Bathing. Their motto is: The forest is the therapist, the guide opens the door.

Forest Therapy is a practice encouraging us to find stillness among the more-than-human world. We have evolved alongside these incredible beings, and science is proving the incredible health benefits of spending time in nature. It regulates our nervous systems, reduces cortisol levels, increases memory capacity, activates our NK cells that attack cancer, and so much more.

The healing of the planet begins with our own personal healing. Forest Therapy offers a simple and profound practice that leads us to reconnect with our heart and the healing we seek.
