Activism will look and feel different for us all. Perhaps you bring the gift of nurture, and your expression of Wild Hope is caring for the land and those around you. Or your gift is organizing community to stand up for all that is good and right, bringing light to the dark. When the actions we are called to take come from the depths of our being, we are beginning to understand the path to our unique offerings, opening the door to the Wild Hope we are here to activate.
This moment is about collective healing. Healing that begins on a personal level and circles out from there.
At our Resilient Activism Retreat we will explore how you can access your unique gift you are here to share, and how to move into action around this gift in a way that honors your own health and well-being alongside the health and well-being of all life.
Logistics
We aren't meant to do this work alone. Come join Laurie Benson and others to explore the wisdom and gifts of her latest book, Resilient Activism: Igniting Wild Hope in Uncertain Times.
When: August 11 at 3pm - August 14 at 10am
Where: Turtle Rock Campground, Buena Vista, CO 81211
Cost: $725
Your cost covers your camp spot for the 4 days / 3 nights and lunches and dinners. You will be responsible for getting yourself to and from the retreat, your camping equipment and breakfasts. (If you need camping equipment reach out - we can help with that.)
For 4 days we will take a deep dive into the unique gifts you each bring to this moment and what activation looks like for you. Gaining this awareness among our more-than-human friends is a powerful experience not to be missed.
One month before the event you will receive a copy of Laurie's new book, Resilient Activism: Igniting Wild Hope in Uncertain Times. The book won't be released until August 12th, but participants will get pre-release copies to guide and inform our time together.
